How do I guarantee my reservation for late arrival?

When you book your hotel stay you will get the option to click "Guarantee booking for late arrival" in the booking process, in the section Final step.

Cancellation terms depend on the price agreed at the time of booking. Read the information in the price list carefully. Unless otherwise agreed when making a booking, or where other terms apply to the selected rate, cancellations are permitted up until 18:00 local time on the day of arrival. If you do not show up and you have not cancelled the booking in advance, or if you cancel after 18:00 local time, you will be charged for one night’s accommodation. For our hotels in Germany and Poland, you must pay 90% of your booked stay if you have not cancelled in advance, or have cancelled after 18:00 on the day of arrival.
